We designed A 200-bedded hospital with a sustainable concept
for the skin of the building and we increased the green area of the project with roof gardens
which are opened to all sections of the building.

Our design studio is founded in 2014 by architect Saif Alrudaini to peruse the highest standards in architectural design in Iraq and abroad. Specializing in architecture interior design, landscaping, and lighting design.

With over 5 years experience in the real estate field handling some of the biggest projects in Iraq architectural and interior wise, design studio started its foundation on a solid base looking for the most creative designs with the best quality to be achieved, and hiring the most talented architects to peruse that.
